The new positioning line ‘Change the way you Tradie’ aims to challenge the conventional approach to hiring a tradesperson, asking consumers to think differently about home improvements.
To date, over 2 million Australians have changed the way they find and hire tradies.
The launch was supported with a guerrilla activation
There are many building sites in Australia, most of them with work being delayed. We've decided to call out these sites as we believe there's a better, smarter way to get the job done.

The Original pitch winning idea was - ‘Need a Tradie’ which ran across TV, print and digital, aimed at engaging both customers and tradies to download the hipages App and use it. The Results: An increase in brand awareness from 9% – 15% in 6 weeks, and an increase in monthly jobs posted from 88,000 to 110,000 per month in two months.
